The Directorate of Civil Aviation, Andaman And Nicobar Administration invites global Tenders under ·TWO BID SYSTEM' from Operators for Wet lease of 01 (One) single engine (5-10 passenger effective seat capacity) Amphibian Seaplane for an initial period of THREE YEARS with an option to extend for another period of two years, if required, at the same rates, terms & conditions. The seaplane will be utilized for passenger transportation between the Islands in Andaman And Nicobar Islands.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18th November, 2020 at 1600 hrs in the Conference Hall of Secretariat, Andaman And Nicobar Administration, Port Blair.
