1. Telecom Equipment & Services Export Promotion Council (TEPC) set up by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry and Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India for promotion of exports of Telecom Equipment and Services is organising, India Telecom 2018, an Exclusive International Business Expo, at Shangri - La’s Eros Hotel, New Delhi, India from 22nd-23rd February 2018. 
2. The main objective of the event is to provide opportunities to Indian telecom exporters to meet qualified overseas buyers. This event provides one to one meeting opportunities between buyers from different countries and Indian exporters who can enlighten them about their products and technology solutions. There will be Conference, EXPO where leading Telecom manufacturers & IT service providers will exhibit their capabilities, B2B meeting and Bi-lateral meetings on 23rd February 2018. 

3. They will have an opportunity to visit C-DoT R&D facilities and other pre-assigned visits to other manufacturing facilities in NCR on22nd February 2018A/N or on 24th Feb. 2018 F/N. Telecom Verticals in which Indian industry can take-up exports are: 

• Access Network, Antenna, Battery & Power Plant, Coaxial & Copper Cables, Communication/ Radio/ Satellite/ Measurement / Recording Equipment.
• Data Processing Equipments & Services, Defense and Police Networks Infrastructure Projects (Telecom: For Power, Irrigation, USOF, Broadband), ICT Software (Information & Communication Technology).
• Mobile Network Equipment, Mobile Towers/ Masts used in Communication Networks, Networks & Communication (M2M Communication Networks and Devices including Smart City Networking).
• Optical Fibre Cables and Accessories, Solar Gadgets used in Communication Networks, Subscriber End Equipment/ Phone/ Mobile Handsets, Switching Network Equipment, Technical Audit of Service Providers’ Networks.
• Technology Transfer based on Indian R&D, Telecom Applications (Web Based, Mobile Applications, Customized Software solutions for communication needs), Telecom Consultancy, Telecom Services (Licensees: Wireline/ Wireless Voice, Data/ Broadband, Internet, Value Added Services, Infrastructure).
• Telecom Software (Internet & e-Commerce Services, , e-Health, Telecom Training & Skill development, Telecom Training (including Educational Software, Skill Development, e-learning, Network Technical, Telecom Regulatory) and Transmission Equipment.

4. Foreign buyers to India for participation in BSMs will be reimbursed return air-fare travel expenses in economy excursion class excluding internal travel in India for visit to manufacturing facilities arranged in private with any TEPC member. The reimbursement ceiling is US $ 550 for ASEAN countries. In addition, TEPC would provide complimentary 2 night’s stay i.e. from12:00hours of 22nd February to 12:00 hours of 24th February 2018 at Shangri-La’s EROS Hotel along with pick up/drop from airport- hotel- airport for all registered delegates. For any extra nights at the Hotel, guests have to pay Rs. 13,500/- per night for single occupancy & Rs. 14,500/- for double occupancy directly to the hotel provided advance intimations are available.
