Indo-Global Skills Summit & Expo 2017


          The Indus Foundation is a registered non-profit trust (No. 236/10) under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. The Foundation is dedicated to the promotion of education, skill development, start-ups and entrepreneurship in India. The Foundation is well established in India and internationally for over 20 years. The Indus Foundation has ISO 9001:2015 certification for the specific purpose of organizing Summits and Expos on Education, Skills, Start-ups, Entrepreneurship and related fields.


2.     The Indus Foundation (ISO 9001:2015) in association with the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and the Administrative Staff College of India as knowledge partners is organizing the Indo-Global Skills Summit & Expo 2017 on Skills, Startups and Entrepreneurship at The Lalit, Mumbai (July 17), Taj Deccan, Hyderabad (July 19), Taj Coromandel, Chennai (July 22), The Lalit Ashok, Bangalore (July 24), The Lalit Great Eastern, Kolkata (July 26), and The Lalit, New Delhi (July 28).


3.    The Indo-Global Skills Summit & Expo 2017 aims to take a deeper look at the present skill ecosystem, map it against the future trends, identify future jobs & skill requirements and propose a way to re-engineer the skill ecosystem. The Summit & Expo will examine collaboration between universities and industries for skills development; the generation, acquisition, and adoption of knowledge (innovation and technology transfer); and the promotion of entrepreneurship (start-ups and spin-offs).

SPECIAL INVITATION TO FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS 


As per the special invitation, participation fee (US$ 600 per person per city) for any one representative of every foreign institution or organization will be waived for participating in the Summit & Expo 2017 in any one city. The representative will be given the opportunity to speak in any one of the sessions of the Indo-Global Skills Summit & Expo 2017. For participation in additional cities, the discounted fee would be only US$ 300 per person per city.
