  • Photographs -Two recent passport size ( 5 cm x 5 cm) 
  • The original document along with a copy of the same
  • Two latest passport size photos of executants(s)
  • One photocopy of the passport of the executants(s)./ current visa page
  • Photocopy of passports/ current visa page or ICs (in case witness is Malaysian) of two witnesses
  • Indian nationals need to execute the POA/Will/legal documents in the presence of Consular Officer in the Mission. Therefore they should apply directly at the High Commission of India between 0900-1200 hrs on any working day along with two witness who are also required to sign in front of Consular Officer. Please note that witness should also have valid visas.  Illegal Indians living in Malaysia are not eligible to sign as witness on POA. The applicant has to put signature, date and current passport number in all pages of the power of attorney. Signature in the power of attorney should have to tally with the signature in the passport.
