Attestation of Malaysian Commercial Documents

  • Duly Completed MISC. SERVICE FORM- click here for SERVICE FORM.
  • Photographs -Two recent passport size ( 5 cm x 5 cm)  
  • A request letter for the service on Company letter head with the seal of the company stamped on the Company letterhead. The request letter should be duly signed by one of the Directors of the Company and should be accompanied by a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation in respect of the company duly legalized by the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Wisma Putra
  • All commercial/company documents should be duly legalized by the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Wisma Putra.
  • The commercial/company documents should be submitted along with the valid original passport plus self-attested copies of the passport pages containing personal particulars  (or duly notarized copies of the passport pages containing personal particulars) of one of the Directors of the Company.

Note: All applicants should identify themselves by presenting the original passport. (In case of submission by a company, a request letter on company letter head and duly signed by the authorized signatory of the firm should be attached).

In case the document originated from any Malaysian  Institution, prior attestation from Malaysian Foreign Affairs, Wisma Putra is required. All Malay documents are required to be translated in to English and then certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
