The State Government Intends to organize a “Bengal Mango Utsav” from 8-10 June 2018 in Kolkata India. A Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) is proposed to be organized at the start of the event, i.e. on June 8, 2018. The Department has entrusted in Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) to organize the Bengal Mango Utsav and the Reverse Buyer Seller Meet during the event under the active guidance of the Department.

West Bengal, is addition to production of various fruits, vegetables and honey produces around 400 varieties of Mangoes and is one of the leading states in production of table variety mangoes in the country. West Bengal exported a significant amount of mangoes to some countries in Middle East and Europe last year. .
