  • Four recent photograph size ( 5 cm x 5 cm) of the Executant with white background.
  • The original POA document along with one copy of the same.
  • Photocopies of the passports of the Executant(s) and two Indian witnesses (Front/Back/Valid visa pages / PR copy) along with original passport.
  • Indian nationals need to execute the POA/Will/legal documents in the presence of Consular Officer in the Mission. Therefore they should visit directly at the High Commission of India between 09:30am-1200pm hrs on any working days (Monday to Friday except public holidays) along with two witnesses who are also required to sign in front of Consular Officer. Please note that witness should also have valid visas. Illegal / Tourist Indians living in Malaysia are not eligible to sign as witness on POA. The applicant has to put signature, date and current passport number in all pages of the power of attorney. Signature in the power of attorney should have to tally with the signature in the passport

Once approve the POA executant need to submit POA application to BLS International.
