Services related to Consular Services  except services relating to issue of life certificate, attestation of POA by Indian nationals have been outsourced and should be submitted with requisite fee to Passport and Other Consular Services Application Centre (PCSAC) i.e. M/s BLS International Limited at the following address:

Processing time and collection

Collection on 3rd working day from date of submission at PCSAC.  However in cases where clearance from other Missions/ concerned authorities in India are required, may take longer.

Note :Application for issue of life certificate and attestation of POA/Will/Legal documents  by Indian nationals  should be submitted directly at the Indian High Commission. Death Registration may be made directly with Labour Wing of High Commission of India at following address:

Documents required for Other Consular Services

All certificates (personal/professional) issued by the competent authorities in India are required to be attested by the General Administration Department (Home Department) of the state concerned from where the said certificate/document has been issued. The same certificate/document should then be apostilled/attested by Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi or its branch offices in Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Guwahati and Panaji or RPOs in Bangalore, Chandigarh, Goa, Mumbai and Trivandrum.  Therefore all applicants are requested to ensure that the application is complete with the supporting documents.

Please note that High Commission reserves the right to refuse the attestation of document, if proper procedure as mentioned above is not followed before attestation of certificate/degree before getting attestation by Ministry of External Affairs / Branch Secretariat or Regional Passport Office.
