Please note the following changes in connection with the Global tender which has been floated earlier on 26.06.2017 regarding Construction Of 40,000 Dwelling Units for Economically Weaker Section on Hybrid Annuity Model on PPP Basis under Vertical-3 Of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Housing for All 2022 (Urban )In Urban Areas in Jharkhand, India

1.) The last date of submission of online bid has been extended by 1 month i.e 14.09.2017 till 1700 Hrs.

2.) The Date & Time for opening of Technical Bid is revised as 15.09.2017 at 1730 Hrs.

3.) Second Pre-Bid meeting has been scheduled on 28.08.2017 at 12 Noon, venue for which is :- JUIDCO Ltd., 3rd Floor, RRDA Building, Pragati Sadan, Kutchery, Ranchi - 834002, Jharkhand.

Advertisement regarding the above had already been uploaded on the website and RFP cum RFQ documents along with corrigendum are available on http://jharkhandtenders.gov.in .

Government of Jharkhand intends to conduct a International competitive Bidding for the project. The advertisement for this project has been published in leading Indian newspapers on 23.08.2017, and it is expected that the advertisement will be published in leading International dailies across more than 20 countries on24.08.2017.
