The 14th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) Convention

     The 14th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) Convention will be held from 7-9 January 2016 in Bangalore. As per the following programme:

o   Youth PBD 7January, 2017

o   PBD Convention 8-9 January, 2017

• Honorable Minister of External Affairs, Government of India unveiled the new logo on 26 August, 2016 for PBD and inaugurated the portal for PBD. The same can be accessed at the following address:

‘pbdindia.gov.in’

• The schedule of three-day event is available at the portal
• Indian Community members are invited to register for the event
• The deadline for registration is 7th December 2017
• Prominent members of the overseas Indian community who have been invited by the ministry to participate in PBD 2017 would be exempt from the registration fees but will have to register online.
