CAPINDIA, 3rd Edition, a trade and networking event for the Chemical, Plastics, Construction, Mining Industry and Allied Products will be held from March 22nd – 24th, 2018 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, India.

Department of Commerce, Government of India in collaboration with the Plastics Export Promotion Council (PLEXCONCIL), Basic Chemicals, Cosmetics and Dyes Export Promotion Council (CHEMEXCIL), Chemicals & Allied Products Export Promotion Council (CAPEXIL) and Shellac and Forest Products Export Promotion Council (SHEFEXIL) are jointly organising the 3^rd Edition of CAPINDIA 2018 from 22^nd to 24^th March 2018 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai.

2.   After two successful editions, CAPINDIA 2018, once again aims to promote India as a reliable and leading competitive source for Chemicals, Plastics, Construction, Mining Industry and Allied Products. By hosting leading international buyers from across the globe and participants from India, the exhibition is poised to be the perfect platform for business networking and promotion of this export segment as it continues to establish itself amongst some of the most recognized events in the industry domestically as well as internationally.

3.   The organiser aims to invite 400 leading and prominent buyers from across the globe. They will host esteemed buyers and provisions for their travel and stay will be provided by CAPINDIA 2018 organisers as follows:

Inclusions

• E-tickets (Full/ Partial) to and fro Economy Class.
• Hotel Accommodation for the duration of the show in Mumbai
• All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) will be provided by the organizer.
• Local airport transfers. (Group airport pick up/ drop and daily shuttle service from hotel to exhibition venue and back) 

Terms and Conditions 

• Foreign delegates attending the Meet must NOT be Indian Passport holders.
• E-ticket or Reimbursement will be provided from the capital city of the respective country to Mumbai.
• In some cases, the organizer will cover part of the airfare (reimbursement will be done again copy of the air tickets mentioning the fare amount in USD, copy of the receipt indicating the amount paid, Stamp of the Immigration upon entry, VISA copy, copy of the front and last page of the passport, including address as per passport).
• Airfares will be provided to participants / reimbursed as per the following: 

1. Latin America + Central America + USA + Canada: Maximum Reimbursement of USD 1000 or Air Ticket Amount, whichever is lower. 
2. Africa + ASEAN + Australia & New Zealand + Middle East + European Union + Rest of the world: Maximum Reimbursement up to of USD 650 or the air ticket amount, whichever is lower. 
3. South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC): Maximum Reimbursement up to of USD 450 or the air ticket amount, whichever is lower. 
4. It is mandatory for all the foreign delegates to attend the inaugural function of CAPINDIA-2018 and Buyer Seller meet. 
5. Selection of buyers will be subject to approval of special selection committee.
