2. RM 90 will be charged for surrender of passport/renunciation of Citizenship from the applicants who acquired foreign citizenship on or before 31.05.2010. However, RM 377 will be charged for surrender of passport/renunciation of Citizenship from the applicants who acquired foreign citizenship on or after 01.06.2010.
3. RM 9 as ICWF charges and RM 9.50 as BLS’s outsourcing service charges will also be payable in addition to above rates.
4. No charges for registration of death.
5. Gratis Life Certificate: Gratis Life Certificate to be issued to Government employees.
