1. The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCC&I) in association with Malaysia Asia Pacific Chamber of Commerce (MAPCC) is organizing the INDIA INTERNATIONAL MEGA TRADE FAIR 2015 from 17th – 27th December, 2015 at Science City Grounds, Kolkata, India.

2.The highlights of India International Mega Trade Fair are:-

i)It is Major Fair in Eastern India, approved by ITPO, which comes under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.

ii)It will have 16 Air conditioned pavilions for Kolkata and 10 A.C. Pavilion for other stations dedicated to different products / subjects with wooden platforms and synthetic carpets. The entire exhibition area will be carpeted.

iii)Attractive ambiance of the exhibition site. The total area of the Fair is approx 300,000 sq. ft. for each station.

iv)Unmatched extensive publicity through Print and Electronic Media, Outdoor Media, Hoardings, etc.

v)Last year we had almost a million visitors at the IIMTF Kolkata & approx 4 Lacs in other stations.

vi)Last year 12 foreign countries had participated in the IIMTF. This year we are expecting 15 countries to participate in this fair.

3.The Fair is the best destination for B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Customer) activities. The per capita consumption expenditure in Kolkata is also significantly higher than the national average. In short, Kolkata is a very strong market, potential for tremendous growth.
