1.           The 31st Edition of the Surajkund International Crafts Mela which will be organised in close coordination and contribution with the Ministries of Tourism, External Affairs, Culture and Textiles, Government of India from  1-15 February 2017 at Surajkund, Faridabad, Haryana, India.

2.                 Each participating country may sponsor a Cultural Troupe consisting of 10-15 artistes to perform in the open stage especially designated for the cultural performances. In addition 2-5 artisans along with 2 helpers only to showcase and sell their crafts in the specially created working huts (8ft x 10ft area approximately). A team of 2-3 persons may also participate to set up a food stall for their specialised cuisine in the Food court area.

3.                 As per the prevailing practice, the Surajkund Mela Authority/ Haryana Tourism would be happy to provide Boarding, Lodging and Local Transportation for Airport transfers  Free of cost  during the participation. Needless to say that due courtesies and protocol would be extended to the visiting dignitaries of the participating Nations.
