TENDER INVITATION

Bids are invited from ship-chandelling agents for providing services and provisions to the Indian Naval Ships visiting Malaysia (including East Malaysia) for the Financial Years 2016-17 & 2017-18 (01 April 2016 – 31 Mar 2018).  The agencies are required to submit technical and financial bids in two separate sealed envelopes.  Details of services sought & technical evaluation criteria can be collected from the High Commission of India at the following address during any working day from 10 AM to 1 PM and from 2:30 PM to      5 PM.  The bids are to be forwarded to Col Praveen Chhabra, Defence Adviser, Defence Wing, High Commission of India, Menara 1, Mon't Kiara, Level-28, No 1, Jalan Mon't Kiara, Mon't Kiara, 50480, Kuala Lumpur, to reach latest by 20 May 2016.  Bids received after due dated will not be considered.  Price bids of only those bidders who qualify in the technical bid evaluation would be considered for opening.
