CII Session on "Tracking the Impact of COVID- 19 On Consumer Mind Set" on 10th July 2020,1600-1800 Hrs.

TRENDS & INSIGHTS! 

Evidently, COVID-19 has caused a shift in consumer behaviour. They have shifted towards digital channels, products and services across categories, but that shift has not come close to offsetting the overall reduction in spending. It is likely that  these new habits will remain for the long term. And while looking ahead to the “next normal,” consumers remain hesitant to return to some of the activities that were part of their daily life before the pandemic hit. With this shift in the consumption behaviour, it is inevitable to feel the economic pressure and urgent need for companies to anticipate the kind of consumer that is emerging, so they can make it through the current crisis and build the capabilities that future relevance will require.

With this background, CII is organising an exclusive Interactive Session on ‘Consumer Mind-set’ during COVID-19. An interaction with Industry Veterans scheduled for 10th July 2020 between 1600 – 1800 hrs.
