“Basic Chemicals, Cosmetics & Dyes Export Promotion Council” popularly known as CHEMEXCIL is set up by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry Government of India with the objective of promoting exports of Dyes and Dye Intermediates, Basic Inorganic & Organic Chemicals, including Agrochemicals, Cosmetics, Soaps, Toiletries & Essential Oils, Speciality Chemicals, Lubricants and Castor oil from India to various countries abroad.

2.         CHEMEXCIL assists the exporters in identifying potential markets and resolving their export constraints and operational bottlenecks. It also assists the importers / overseas buyers to locate appropriate suppliers, organizes Buyer Seller Meets in India and abroad and also provide up-to-date market information. It participates in international exhibitions and invites overseas delegations to India to promote India’s exports and establish long term strategic alliances.

3.         CHEMEXCIL is planning to organize an Indian Chemicals and Cosmetics Exhibition in Malaysia for items covered under the purview of the Council (viz. Dyes & Dye Intermediates, Chemicals, Agrochemicals, Pesticides, Cosmetics & Toiletries, Essential Oils, Speciality chemicals, Castor Oil, etc.) during 8th – 9th December 2016.
