I have enrolled for the session on my own will and I take full responsibility for my participation. If the participant is under 18 years of age, parental approval and monitoring are required. I also hereby declare that I am physically and medically fit to participate in this yoga session at the International Day of Yoga. I will NOT hold the High Commission of India in Kuala Lumpur, their representatives or any co-organizer and sponsors responsible for any health related problem / injury, if any, to me during the practice of yoga or any other liability.
