Notice regarding Visa, Consular & Passport Service
Further to High Commission of India, Kuala Lumpur’s earlier notifications dated 18 March 2020, 07 May 2020, 10 June 2020, 19 June 2020, 22 October 2020 and 12 January 2021, regarding temporary suspension of regular Visa, Consular and Passport services due to implementation of Movement Control Order (MCO) by the Government of Malaysia.
2. In light of the fresh MCO imposed by the Government of Malaysia, effective from 01 June 2021, please be advised that all essential consular services will only be provided through M/s BLS. Applicants seeking Passport, Emergency Certificate, document attestation etc may please contact M/s BLS International Ltd at 0326021474 OR via Email: info[dot]my[at]blsinternational[dot]net, with CC to visa[dot]kl[at]mea[dot]gov[dot]in & cons1[dot]kl[at]mea[dot]gov[dot]in.
3. All applicants, including from East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) are advised to submit their passport application with requisite fee to Passport / Consular Services Application Centre (PCSAC) i.e. M/s BLS International Ltd at the address given below:

4. Please note that Emergency Visa & OCI services are only being extended to certain categories of foreign nationals, on a case to case basis subject to extant GOI guidelines. Applicants having such emergencies may apply online at visa[dot]kl[at]mea[dot]gov[dot]in & oci[dot]kl[at]mea[dot]gov[dot]in for seeking appointment. Once approved, applicants may then submit their forms at the High Commision at the given date/time.
WALK IN APPOINTMENTS AND OVER THE COUNTER SERVICES WILL REMAIN SUSPENDED DURING THE MCO PERIOD.
